Description Mary Ellen will teach how to properly measure and cut your fabrics, how to make sure your seam allowance is a scant quarter inch, and how to accurately press your blocks so they do not distort. She will also demonstrate various rulers used in making half-square triangles and flying geese units. While enjoyable for beginners who want to learn basic piecing techniques, intermediate quilters can hone their skills for more accurate piecing. At the end of the six months you will have a beautiful quilt top ready to quilt.
